About the Event
We warmly invite you to a cultural gathering honoring 50 years of Cambodian Minnesotans—a meaningful day that celebrates the strength, beauty, and legacy of our community. This private event offers a rich experience of Cambodian culture and a time to reflect on our journey—from surviving the Khmer Rouge genocide to rebuilding vibrant lives in Minnesota. Cambodian Heritage Day is more than a celebration—it’s a space for connection, remembrance, and pride.

Please bring your own table and chairs.
All food truck and food booth vendors for this event must hold a valid state license.
Proof of licensure may be required prior to participation.

Non-Refundable Vendor Ticket Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2025
Applies To: All vendor ticket purchases for the Cambodian Heritage Day
1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any
reason, including but not limited to:

Scheduling conflicts

Illness or injury
-
Weather conditions
-
Travel issues
-
Event dissatisfaction
2. Ticket Transfers
While refunds are not permitted, tickets may be transferred to another individual. The original ticket holder is
responsible for coordinating the transfer and notifying event organizers if required.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified and may be eligible for a refund or credit, at the discretion of the event organizer.

If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued due to rescheduling.
4. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this Non-Refundable Ticket Policy and all other event terms and conditions.
