The Cambodian American Partnership of Minnesota is a nonprofit organization founded by five dedicated Cambodian leaders in Minnesota:

Sophia Neou

Sophia Neou

Founder

Sophia Kong Neou is a Cambodian refugee who immigrated from Battambang, Cambodia, to Faribault, Minnesota, in the early 1980s with her mother and eight other siblings.

Chinda Gregor

Chinda Gregor

Founder & Executive Director

Chinda Kim Gregor is a first-generation refugee who fled Siem Reap, Cambodia, with her mother in 1980 and immigrated to Minnesota.

Rothana Seng

Rothana Seng

Founder, Event Director

Rothana Seng has been a tireless community advocate for the Cambodian community since she was 12 years old.

Lyda Morgan

Lyda Morgan

Founder & Treasurer

Lyda Morgan is a Legal Advocate Manager at Tubman. She immigrated to Minnesota in early 1997. She was born, in the city of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Kim Sin

Kim Sin

Founder, Community Relations Director

Kim Sin works as a professional from Rochester, MN, and is a graduate of RCTC. Kim currently works in IT at the University of Minnesota Rochester as an IT professional.
